Swiss Sport Integrity has lifted the provisional suspension of HC Davos player Aleksi Peltonen with immediate effect on October 27, 2023. Consequently, the ice hockey player can participate in normal game operations again with immediate effect. 

After submission of the necessary medical documents, a therapeutic use exemption (TUE) was granted. For the late application, a retroactive TUE was granted with the involvement and approval of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for reasons of fairness.
