Martina Conte will take over as head of the Reporting Office for Ethics Violations and Abuses in Swiss Sport. Markus Pfisterer had decided to step down from his role in order to pursue an independent activity on a mandate basis. His successor, Martina Conte, will take up her position on July 1, 2025.

Martina Conte is 39 years old, grew up in the Canton of Zurich and lives in Zurich. With a doctorate in law and experience in management and investigations, she has an excellent track record in the areas of criminal prosecution and investigation management. As Managing Director of IntegrityPlus AG, she has been responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company in recent years. In this role, she further extended the methodology of internal investigations, was responsible for the development of software-based reporting platforms and recruited and managed an interdisciplinary team of employees. By advising companies and public institutions of all sizes on integrity violations, ethics and corporate culture, she has gained a deep understanding of these complex organizational and interpersonal issues, which is of central importance to the work of Swiss Sport Integrity's reporting office.

"We are delighted to have found Martina Conte, a proven leader with a wealth of experience and impressive expertise in the field of ethics, to lead the Reporting Office. We are convinced that she will continue to develop the Reporting Service in a positive way and, together with the ethics team, consistently and proactively pursue the path we have taken," says Ernst König, Director of the Swiss Sport Integrity Foundation.

To ensure a seamless, smooth and successful transition, Martina Conte will be available to hand over the dossier as early as May. She will then formally take over the lead of the Reporting Service on July 1.
