ISO 9001:2008 has been reviewed and brought into effect by September 15 last year. The implementation is due within three years. The new standard requires the following further quality principles: Management of ressources, knowledge and risks.

A recertification audit by the corresponding company SQS was conducted last week, on January 12th and 13th 2016. Besides indoor auditing at the office, field auditing was held as well, i.e. in the scope of an out of competition doping control. The certification has been achieved without any deviations, neither of major nor of minor character.

By attaining ISO certification 9001:2015, Antidoping Switzerland has been attested high quality standards to their work and processes. In order to preserve the believe in successful fight against doping, it is important to show clients and partners that we are willing to undergo certain controlling processes as well. Even more so in current times where news concenring the fight against doping are far from being satisfactory.
