Statement by Antidoping Switzerland on the ARD documentary ‘Guilty - How athletes can unintentionally become dopers’

Two amateur footballers admitted to the Antidoping Switzerland Foundation the possession and use or attempted use of a doping substance and accepted a suspension of three years each together with a fine of 120 Swiss francs.

The Antidoping Switzerland Foundation Board has taken a positive view of integrating the Reporting Office for Misconduct in Swiss sport. The road ahead is now open for transforming the Foundation into ‘Swiss Sport Integrity’, involving additional fields of activity for protecting Swiss athletes.
